Project Two: Enhancing Agro-Pastoralist Women’s Access to Entrepreneurship for Sustainable Livelihoods and Economic Resilience in Itang Special District

On June 5, 2025, the Integrated Pastoral Development Organization (IPDO) provided financial assistance to vulnerable women in Pulkod Kebele, aimed at helping them develop income-generating activities and improve their market engagement in the local economy. The distribution took place in the presence of Pulkod Kebele Chairpersons (Nguangkea Papot and Nhial Nyuot), who acknowledged the importance of grassroots support in transforming rural women’s lives. This project is ongoing commitment of IPDO’S staffs to foster inclusive economic growth among pastoralist and agro-pastoralist communities through targeted, needs-based assistance. Thus, the IPDO calls every donor to support this ongoing project for better achievement in the ground.
